The Accelus brushless digital amplifier from Copley Controls delivers optimal servo performance in a highly flexible and cost-effective package. Torque and velocity modes are complemented by step-and-direction position mode. New-generation DSP technology provides unprecedented bandwidth and enables advanced commutation and tuning algorithms.

Accelus employs field oriented control to maximize the capability of your motor. With one mouse-click the current loop is automatically tuned. System commissioning is fast and simple with Copley's advanced autophasing algorithm. Reverse the encoder channels and miswire the Halls, run autophase and Accelus recalibrates.

The Junus brush digital amplifier delivers optimal servo performance in a cost-effective package. Operation in torque mode controls motor current, and velocity estimation mode controls motor back-emf with IR compensation. New-generation DSP technology provides advanced I2T Current-limiting and tuning algorithms.

Junus employs carrier-cancellation modulation providing minimal ripple losses in low-inductance motors, and low crossover distortion characteristics for applications that demand low distortion around zero.


Copley Motion Explorer 2 (CME 2) configuration software is powerful and intuitive. Java based, CME 2 is platform independent and installs painlessly. Clear diagnostics and advanced oscilloscope tools simplify system commissioning.
